Method

  1. اغلِ الماء في دَلّة قهوة صغيرة.
  2. أضف القهوة المطحونة، وخفّف الحرارة، واتركها تغلي برفق لمدة 10 دقائق.
  3. ارفعها عن النار واترك رواسب القهوة تستقر لمدة دقيقتين.
  4. أضف الهيل المجروش والزعفران إلى دَلّة تقديم نظيفة أو وعاء نظيف.
  5. صفِّ القهوة في وعاء التقديم واتركها لمدة 3 دقائق حتى تتشرب النكهات العطرية.
  6. قدّمها ساخنة في فناجين صغيرة، مع ملء كل فنجان جزئيًا فقط.
