- اطهُ شعيرية الشعيرية في ماء مغلي حتى تلين قليلًا، ثم صفِّها.
- أذِب الزبدة في مقلاة وأضف الشعيرية والسكر والهيل وماء الورد وماء الزعفران.
- قلِّب برفق على نار هادئة لمدة 3 إلى 4 دقائق.
- اخفق البيض مع الملح.
- سخّن الزيت في مقلاة غير لاصقة واطهُ البيض على شكل عجة رقيقة حتى تتماسك.
- رتّب الشعيرية الحلوة في طبق للتقديم.
