  1. اخلط الدقيقين والخميرة والملح.
  2. أضف الماء الدافئ تدريجيًا لتحضير خليط رقيق.
  3. غطِّ الخليط واتركه يتخمر حتى تتكون الفقاعات.
  4. سخّن مقلاة غير لاصقة.
  5. اسكب كمية رقيقة ودائرية من الخليط.
