- سخّن العسل والسكر والزبدة برفق.
- اخفق البيض بحذر.
- أضف بيكربونات الصوديوم.
- حرّك الدقيق حتى تتكوّن عجينة طرية.
- قسّم العجينة وافردها إلى طبقات رقيقة.
- اخبز كل طبقة عند درجة حرارة 180°م حتى تصبح ذهبية اللون.
